The three-step method for Translations and/or proofreads

Thank you for choosing ETLS Ltda. for your Translation, Revision, or Proofread. Our three-step methodology guarantees excellence in our work.

We understand that translating often implies publishing in international scientific journals. Therefore, we work hard to ensure the fluidity of the text in terms of its naturalness, appropriate use of colloquial expression, syntax, idiom, among many other linguistic considerations that only come from years of experience in translating and a profound knowledge of the English language and its modern applications.

The ETLS3 Certified™ methodology, is conducted in three stages, guaranteeing superior quality in our Translations, Revisions, or Proofreads.

1) The First Stage: Translation

Your document is Translated/Revised/Proofread jointly by two native speakers, one of the source language, and the other of the destination language;

2) The Second Stage: General Peer Review

The Translated/Revised/Proofread version is then forwarded to an independent professional native speaker of the destination language, who verifies the correct use of vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, syntax, idiomatic expression, and the overall general fluidity of the text.

3) The Third Stage: Final Review

The final revision of the document is carried out by a third party native speaker of the destination language, who corrects any punctuation, spelling, or other errors that may have gone unnoticed in the previous steps.

Using these three steps, we ensure the total quality, fidelity and efficiency of our Translations/Revisions/Proofreads so that you can be confident when publishing your work.

Furthermore, we issue an Editorial Certificate of Quality attesting to the high quality of our Translations/Revisions/Proofreads which can be submitted, along with your document, to any national or international journal.
